With the aim of training in legal issues, the Ministry of Justice through the National Directorate of Legal Affairs, within the framework of activities scheduled for this year, has proposed to hold the conference of law.
The objective of this important event will provide information regarding various current issues, in order to strengthen the knowledge of the legislation in different areas of law.
This activity will take place on 25, 26, 27, 28 and 31 January this year in the corporate auditorium of the Ministry of Justice, located in Scipio Llona Street 350 - Miraflores, between the hours of 18.00 to 21.00 .
In these days will cover the following topics: Rule of Law and Public Safety: Dealing With Insecurity in Democracy; Role of Administrative Law on the Promotion of Free Trade: Tool for Economic Growth, Fighting Corruption: Socio-Economic and Legal Analysis.
also address other issues such as: Implications of Alternative Justice on National Legislation; Systematization of National Legislation: Achievements of Peruvian Legal Information System - SPIJ and the Special Commission in charge of the legislative Multiparty of Congress.
