Justice Minister, Víctor García Toma, announced that its industry develops a project to create a court administration, designed to punish malpractice and unethical conduct of lawyers.
indicated that this initiative will be put to consideration by the bar associations of the country, it said it was appropriate to "exchange views" on this matter.
"The project aims at strengthening the fight against corruption and no one can deny that a link (this corruption) in the judiciary are bad practice by some lawyers."

added that experience shows that internal control does not work "fully" so that it is necessary to have a body external to law schools that have autonomy, independence and impartiality.
"(The administrative court) has to be ad hoc and qualified persons who are responsible for defending the justice of these bad practices."
At another point, the minister said that this experience in the Bar could extended to other professional associations like doctors, engineers and even accountants.
"Internal control is not strong enough, capable of correcting these depraved situations that affect the lives of hundreds of thousands of people," he reiterated.
