The flamboyant deputy justice minister was appointed Tuesday as president of the Law Commission of Pardons and Grace on humanitarian grounds by the holder of the sector, Víctor García Toma.
Deputy Justice Minister formulates, directs, on behalf of the owner of the portfolio, sectoral policy, directs and supervises the activities Ministry bodies and government agencies assigned in accordance with the guidelines outlined by the minister.
The ultimate resolution is headed by President Alan Garcia and Minister of Justice, Víctor García Toma.
