Garcia takes calls on judicial authorities to clarify loss of case files BTR
The Minister of Justice, Víctor García Toma, considered "a disgrace" the alleged loss of two USB files in Giselle Giannotti, processed in the company's wiretapping Business Track (BTR), and requested a quick clarification.
"It's a shame," he said, and in this regard asked to identify and punish those responsible.
"is for the Judiciary and the Attorney General to express in a concrete way if the facts are true, to which staff is allocated and what measures are being taken to punish those responsible."
The Minister of Justice ruled out any interest of the Executive the fate of this material.
"The best way to break this suspicion is contributing decisively to clarify the facts."
Speaking to CPN Radio, the holder of Justice upheld the decision of the head of the National Penitentiary Institute (INPE), Ruben Rodriguez, to separate all personnel from Piedras Gordas prison for the sabotage of cell phone blockers in that maximum security prison.
also announced a package of measures to gradually improve the prison system in the country, as an individualized program of prison security, which involves buying the rest day of prison labor, and thus increase the number of agents available for surveillance.
Other measures include the award in April for the first kick of private capital, to be built en Huaraz, para más de mil 500 reclusos; en julio también se entregará el penal de Piedras Gordas II, en Ancón, para mil 200 reclusos, en ambos casos primarios.
